These are LIVE ROOTED PLANTS – NOT seeds that are being sold. The plant is a geranium, variety: apple blossom rosebud. This is an heirloom variety that I have yet to see in any nursery or garden center. The original plant came to my family 25 years ago via a Mennonite family and it has been grown and transplanted/slipped for years on end. Shown in the photos is the mother plant so if given a large container with fresh soil these will grow happily to a large size. Apple blossom flowers are pink and white doubles that bloom in clump like shapes. Photos show the actual plants that are going to be sold, and they are between 5-8″ high at this point and should bloom this summer. Geraniums can be brought inside over winter and make excellent houseplants but they will not survive winter or cold temps. Plants are shipped from PA via priority shipping with USPS, M-Thursday.
